A: My name is Sara Carbaugh and I am kind of a dork and pretty awesome and fun if you like that kind of thing. I’ve been to two Star Trek conventions, was hit on by a Klingon at one of them and actually admit in public that I play World of Warcraft. I live in Hamilton, Ohio and am one of “those” Ohio State fans. I live with my daughter, Aerith, and my husband, Josh, – the reasons I started my business and both of whom I love more than anything in the world. I also have a crazy dog named Sid and a sneaky cuddly cat named Watson.

Q: How are you different from other Virtual Assistants?
A: A virtual assistant (VA), in a nut shell, is a miracle worker and a stress reliever for you business. VAs have niches and specialties in many areas and mine happens to be helping Creatives break into the world of Online Marketing! I bring a fun and quirky atmosphere to every project and I always try to go above and beyond for all of my clients.
A: Ok, let’s not get snippy! I help Actors, Artists, and Authors get online so people can find out about their amazing stuff. I work with you to make Facebook and Twitter a bit less scary, your blog and website a great resource for your clients/customers and set up a strategy that will make it easy for you to keep up with your online marketing on your own! A: Creatives! I am a sucker for anything quirky and fun so if you fit that description we will work together just fine. My ideal client is fun, creative, has a great sense of humor and will be able to work with me as a partner on their project! Q: Do you specialize in anything?
A: I am a Certified Virtual Author’s Assistant so I have training in every aspect of a books life from manuscript to virtual book tour! I like to focus on scifi/fantasy authors (because I’m a big scifi fan) but my skills work with any genre and with non-fiction as well as fiction books!
A: I will put together a proposal and a contract for you to sign before any work will be done.
If we decide on an hourly rate you will receive weekly invoices due after the work is completed.
If we decide on a custom package you will receive an invoice at the beginning of the project that will need to be paid before any work is done.
A: I use PayPal to send out invoices to you but if you want to use snail mail to send a check that is acceptable as well but I do charge a $25 bounced check fee.
